Fontaine Property Fee Structure;
What will it cost and what do I get for my money?
If you would like me to act on your behalf, to find you a property I request an upfront fee of 400 euros + vat.
* Discussion about your property requirements and desires.
* Agree main aspects of the search
* Search Estate Agents, Notaires Offices and Private Sale’s.
* Email & Review of a shortlist.
* Advice – Referral to specialist Co’s for: Currency Exchange, Mortgages, Renovation Quotes, Swimming Pools, etc…
* Arrange/Accompany on viewings
* Book Hotel/B&B
* Option to negotiate on your behalf with the Vendor/Agent,
* Option to help with the Legal contracts.
If you decide ultimately to purchase a property which I have found for you, I ask for 1.5% commission on the purchase price of the chosen property. Often, this will be funded by a discount which has been negotiated for you. The initial fee paid will be deducted from this final commission.
